Salvatore Linguido ha lavorato a "A Time Analysis" dal 2000 al 2006, proseguendo la sua ricerca radicale sul tempo e sulle strutture sonore. Ampliandola e dilatandola oltremisura. L'indagine "linguidiana" arriva ad incorporare il tempo della vita, non più soltanto quello dell'ascolto. 

Tempo e struttura sono indissolubilmente legati. Le microstrutture dei brani, organizzati su variazioni e giustapposizioni di suoni di pianoforte programmato, si susseguono su un arco temporale assolutamente inusuale. 352 tracce da 4 minuti e 54 secondi, che coprono un arco di tempo di 28 ore, 44 minuti e 48 secondi.

Salvatore Linguido worked on " A Time Analysis" from 2000 to 2006, goin' on in his radical research about time and sound structures. Enlarging and expanding it beyond measure.  The "linguidiana" survey comes to incorporate the time of life, not just that of listening. Time and structure are inextricably linked. The microstructures of the pieces, organized at the changes and juxtapositions of sounds of programmed piano, follow one another over an absolutely unusual period of time. 352 tracks of 4 minutes and 54 seconds each, covering a period of 28 hours, 44 minutes and 48 seconds.
